When you purchase any two Gibsons puzzles from our site any additional puzzles ordered will ship freight free.
This offer applies to one ship-to address per order only.
Multiple ship-to addresses on one order do not qualify.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Should a product no longer be available we will advise the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
No exchanges or returns on goods other than defective merchandise.
No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorisation number.
The R/A number will be generated by Canada Puzzles, forwarded to the customer
and has to be clearly visible on the outside package of the returned merchandise.
Defective Merchandise
Any defective merchandise will be exchanged for another identical stock keeping unit which was originally sold.
Substitutions will be considered should the original and identical (defective) item no longer be in stock.
Should the returned defective item no longer be in stock and a substitution unacceptable a full refund will be offered on the cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges only.
Damaged Shipments
All goods are shipped FOB, Montreal. Any merchandise received by the customer which has been damaged in the shipping process, after it leaves our warehouse, will be the responsibility of the addressee.
All charges relating to returning defective mechandise will be incurred by the customer returning such merchandise.
